#11 John Harper 2010-08-05 10:56 Elta fired me on the first trip we made together. I pointed out to her that the river we were crossing was named after her. Crazy Woman River. What a start to an enduring friendship. Elta taught me how to be successful as a non-medical person in the Wyoming Department of Health. Quote
