John D. Price Jr.

John Jr. is a lifelong resident of Superior. He graduated from Superior High School in 1983. He then attended Cloud County Community College at Concordia, Kansas transferring to the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and then finished his training at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Cincinnati, Ohio before returning back to Nebraska and working for a short time in Hebron, Nebraska until moving back to his hometown.

He is married to Clara (Miller) and together they have three children, Samantha, Sidney and Benjamin.

He loves his community and the all that it has to offer. He is currently a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, the Superior Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, currently serving as President of the Superior Economic Development Corporation, National Funeral Directors Association, Nebraska Funeral Directors Association , Superior Youth Athletic Association, Red Caps, Library Foundation, Elks, Eagles, National Wild Turkey Federation, NRA and Nuckolls County Pheasants Forever.
