Christian Biography of Alan Wilton

Alan Lee Wilton, the son of Ralph and Esther (Wortman) Wilton, was born on January 6, 1965 in Superior, Nebraska. He passed away on April 22, 2020 at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital at Superior, Nebraska at the age of 55 years, 3 months, 16 days.

Alan grew up attending Beaverville District 72 rural school and was a Superior High School graduate. He was a life member of Centennial Lutheran Church in Superior. He married Melanie Larison and a daughter April was born to this union. They later divorced.

Alan was a Nebraska Husker football fan, he enjoyed his music and going to concerts. He loved spending time with his grandsons and his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph and his brother Duane and baby sister.

Survivors include his mother Esther of Superior; his daughter April Musgrave of Oak, Nebraska; 2 grandsons Kasen and Kip Musgrave; and his brothers Larry and David both of Grand Island and Richard (Donna) of Hastings, Nebraska; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins plus other relatives and friends.

Graveside services were held on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 10:30 am at the Evergreen Cemetery in Superior, Nebraska with Rev. Robert Hopkins officiating.

Music was "Go Rest High On That Mountain,"

Visitation was held on April 26, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Honorary pallbearers were Dave Pederson, Bob Dixon, Donnie Moore, and Ron Ahrens.

Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Superior, Nebraska.

Memorials are suggested to go to in care of the family to be designated later.
