Christian Biography of Bob L Brant
Bob Lee Brant, the son of Perry and Cora (Heater) Brant, was born on September 11, 1931, in Belleville, Kansas. He passed away on October 5, 2026, at the Superior Good Samaritan Society at Superior, Nebraska, at the age of 95 years.
Bob attended country school. He was inducted into the United States Army on June 18, 1952, serving during the Korean War and was honorably discharged on May 6, 1954, earning the Korean service medal w/2 bronze service stars, United Nations Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. On May 26, 1956, he was united in marriage to Carol Olsen in Scandia, Kansas. This union was blessed with two children. Bob worked as an auto body technician.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Dwight, Wayne, Vaeden and Richard; and his sister Marcile Imler.
Survivors include his wife Carol; son Kenneth Brant of Western, Nebraska and daughter Anita Herechski of Lincoln, Nebraska; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; other relatives and a host of friends.
Graveside services were held on Thursday, October 8, 2026 from the Evergreen Cemetery in Superior, Nebraska.
Memorials are suggested to go to the family.
