Brian K McCutcheon, the son of Willard and Glennis (Ehlers) McCutcheon, was born on November 11, 1959 at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital in Superior, Nebraska. He passed away on February 20, 2018 at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital at Superior, Nebraska at the age of 58 years, 3 months, 9 days.

Brian attended grade school in Hardy, Nebraska and graduated from Ruskin High School. He was a lifetime member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hardy, being baptized on December 12, 1959 and confirmed on June 2, 1974. On March 12, 1994 he was united in marriage to Lynette Vader in Nelson, Nebraska. Brian's first love was working on the farm. He loved taking his children and grandchildren for rides on the tractors and combine around the farm. He was also a crafter and loved doing woodworking around the house.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Glennis McCutcheon and one sister Patricia McCutcheon.

He is survived by his wife Lynette of Hardy, Nebraska, children, Melanie Criss of Deshler, Nebraska, Cassie Post and husband Reece of Springfield, Nebraska, Tiffany Morton of Deshler, Nebraska, Briana McCutcheon of Omaha, Nebraska and Mac McCutcheon of Hardy, Nebraska. Four grandchildren, Zachery and Joshua Criss and Matthew and Lucas Vader. He is also survived by his siblings, Yvonnda Sousa and husband Rich of Papillion, Nebraska, Marlene Matthews of Superior, Nebraska and Johnny McCutcheon of Hardy, Nebraska along with a host of many nieces, nephews and many friends.
