Christian Biography of Curt Boyles

Neal Curtis Boyles, Jr. the son of Neal and Jackie (Martin) Boyles, was born on February 19, 1961 in Red Cloud, Nebraska. Curt was called home on January 13, 2019 at Bergen Mercy Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 57 years, 10 months, 25 days.

Curt grew up with four brothers, he was a lifetime member of the Burr Oak United Methodist Church; and was a 1979 graduate of Burr Oak High School.

On April 6, 1985 he was united in marriage to Sandra West at Burr Oak United Methodist Church. This union was blessed with three children. He was a 2 nd generation custom harvester, which was started by his Dad and Uncle, and is proud of his family who will carry on Boyles Harvesting.

He was a devoted husband, Dad, Papa to his precious grandkids, and friend. Harvesting and farming were important, and he treasured the friendships he made along the way. Curt lived an honorable life; as a Man of God, with a positive impression, he left the world better than he found it.

He was preceded in death by his parents Neal and Jackie.

Curt is survived by and will be dearly missed by his wife, Sandra; daughter Megan Badger and husband Adam of Mankato, Kansas; sons Matt and wife Kristin of Burr Oak, Kansas and Travis of Burr Oak, Kansas; grandchildren Brystol and Parker Badger. He is also survived by his siblings Marty and wife Claudia of Garden City, Kansas; Richard and wife Kimma of Burr Oak, Kansas; Todd and wife Lisa of Webber, Kansas and Joe and wife Kathy of Mankato, Kansas; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 10:30am from the Burr Oak United Methodist Church in Burr Oak, Kansas with Pastor Rod Rose officiating.

Music was "I Can Only Imagine," "Eye On The Storm" and "On Eagle's Wings," with Pat Grout as the pianist

Pallbearers were Marty Boyles, Richard Boyles, Todd Boyles, Joe Boyles, Scott Boyles and Bill Zulfur. Honorary Pallbearers were Doug Boyles, Marvin Boyles, Bryan Boyles and Dani Martin.

Interment was in the Burr Oak Cemetery at Burr Oak, Kansas.

The family would appreciate that memorials be directed to the Burr Oak United Methodist Church instead of flowers being given.
