Christian Biography of Dean Alan Siebrass
Dean Alan Siebrass, the son of Donald and Naomi (Goll) Siebrass, was born on November 28, 1958 in Hastings, Nebraska. He passed away on May 19, 2013 at St Frances Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebraska at the age of 54 years, 5 months, 21 days.
Dean attended and graduated from Alma High School. He was united in marriage to Terri Richardson on June 2, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He lived in the communities of Alma, Hastings, York, Gresham and Utica, Nebraska and was currently residing in Webber, Kansas. He was employed with Metalquest in Hebron, Nebraska. He was a current member of the City Council in Webber. Dean loved to fish and hunt, camp and spend time with family and friends and especially loved his time spent with his grandchildren. He was always there to lend a helping hand to his friends, family and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Naomi.
He is survived by his wife Terri of Webber, Kansas, his children; Nick Siebrass and wife Scottie of Cedar Creek, Nebraska, Cassie Matthews and husband Jeremy of Elkhorn, Nebraska and Erik Siebrass of York, Nebraska, step-son's; Joshua Necas of Aurora, Nebraska and Aaron Necas of Dodge city, Kansas; 12 grandchildren, Taylor, Haley, Gavin, Kayd, Symon, Dakota, Cali, Brookelynn, Tyler, Mason, Peyton and Ian. He is also survived by two brothers, Dave Siebrass and wife Jane of Aurora, Nebraska and Dan Siebrass and wife Connie of North Platte, Nebraska; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 3:00 PM from the Southwinds Shelter at Lovewell Lake near Webber, Kansas with David Johnson officiating.
Music was recordings of "I Can Only Imagine" and "Wind Beneath My Wings".
In lieu of flowers memorials in care of the family.
The family is requesting Lake Attire and everyone is invited to the lunch: please bring choice of salad, dessert, chips or BBQ grilling item to share.
