Christian Biography of Doreen (Dee) Faye Hunt

Doreen Faye Hunt, the daughter of Raymond and Verna (Wright) Matyas, was born on August 6, 1954 in Concordia, Kansas. She passed away on April 19, 2015 at the Cloud County Health Center at Concordia, Kansas at the age of 60 years, 8 months, 13 days.

Dee attended country school in Simpson, Kansas graduating from Glasco High School. She married Charles Crannell in Texarkana, Arkansas, they were blessed with a son, Jeffrey Aaron, and they later divorced. In 2004 she married Charles Hunt, and they also divorced.

Dee was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Ragenna.

She is survived by her son Jeffrey of Concordia, Kansas and brother Mike Matyas and special friend Bill Eilert of Mankato, Kansas.



Inurnment was held on Friday, May 15, 2015 at 2:00 pm in St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery, Mankato, Kansas
