Elaine (Boyles) Daubert

Elaine Ruth (Boyles) Daubert, 62, beloved wife of Edward Daniel Daubert passed away on February 12, 2024, at Jupiter Medical Center Hospice in Jupiter, Florida. Elaine died from complications of pancreatic cancer.

Elaine, daughter of Delmar and Twyla (Howe) Boyles, was born June 19, 1961 in Red Cloud, Nebraska. Raised on the family farm in Jewell County, Kansas, she graduated Valedictorian of the class of 1979 at Burr Oak High School. She finished formal education at Fort Hays State University with a degree in accounting.

She worked in accounting at Lansdon and Associates in Garden City, Kansas. Once relocated in Wichita, Kansas she worked at Bank IV and next was employed by Koch Industries where she served as Controller for Koch Business Solutions, INVISTA and Koch Minerals/Koch Hydrocarbon. Due to multiple health conditions, she was forced to take an early retirement. She maintained a lifelong respect for Charles Koch and the company.

Elaine married Dan Daubert in Wichita on September 19, 1990. In 2015 Elaine and Dan moved to Jupiter, Florida to enjoy the pleasant weather year-round, beautiful golf courses and dear friends. Their home was always open to visiting friends and relatives. Whether it was boating with their favorite captain, time at the beach, fine dining, shopping in cool boutiques or hunting wild bore…guests were pampered with love by Elaine.

Dan survives with her two stepsons, Shawn of Lawrence, Kansas and Colter and his family of Kansas City. Other survivors are her beloved Boyles brothers and their families: Douglas of Burr Oak, KS, Marvin and wife Deb of Mankato, KS, and Bryan and wife Jan of Superior, NE. There are numerous nieces and nephews: Deidra (husband Tim) Hamilton, Evan Boyles, Jami (husband Brad) Elkin, Scott (wife Kristene) Boyles, Brady (wife Sam) Alexander, Cortney (wife Van) Alexander, Whitney (wife Alison) Boyles, Stuart (wife Tina) Boyles; along with many great nieces and nephews.

Elaine and her mother were proud DAR members. Her father was a Navy veteran serving in Okinawa and other areas in the South Pacific, earning a Victory Medal and Asiatic-Pacific campaign Medal. She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
