Franklin "Frank" Benjamin Gregersen, age 95, husband of the late Lula Arlene Gregersen, died on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, in Auburn, California after a short illness.  He lived in Auburn, California since 2011.

Frank was born March 22, 1922, in Ruskin, Nebraska to Carl Christian Gregersen and Luella (Peterson) Gregersen.  He graduated from Oregon State University where he received a degree in electrical engineering in 1951.  He was an engineer with the General Electric Company for over twenty-five years.  Prior to that he was an engineer with Allis Chalmers and the Union Oil Company.  He proudly served his country in the U. S. Navy from 1942 to 1946 aboard the USS Token (AM-126).

He is survived by daughter Sonia Gerson of Riverside, California, son Mark Gregersen of Auburn, California, daughter Chrisanna Harrington-Wright of Punta Gorda, Florida, and brother Carl Gregersen of Rockville, Maryland.  He has four grandchildren, Jodi Holbein of Winters, California, Anne DeCosta of Sacramento, California, Chelsea Harrington, and Cara Harrington of Los Angeles, California.  He has seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Lawrence Gregersen, sister Frances (Gregersen) Hansen, and sister Helena (Gregersen) Kaldahl.
