Christian Biography of Jason Kussman

Jason David Kussman, age 46, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sept 20th, 2021 at his

home in Hardy Ne.

Jason was born on June 27, 1975 in Hastings Ne to David Earl Kussman and Deborah (Helms)

Kussman. He graduated from High School in Belleville, Ks in 1993. He was united in marriage

to Shannon Stacy Patterson on December 23, 1999 in Nelson Ne. To this union were 3

children Haley, Brice and Brent.

Jason worked most of his life farming and enjoyed putting up hay. He did custom swathing and baling for numerous farmers in the area. He also hauled scrap iron and recently had been pulling campers with his wife across the United States for Synergy RV Transport out of Goshan,

Indiana.

Jason was the most easy going and kind person you'll ever meet. He loved spending time with

his family, especially the little kids as they all loved him dearly. As much as he would hate to

admit it he loved helping out with Haley's animal addiction and helping the boys with their

numerous pickup projects.

He loved to embarrass his wife and kids with his amazing dance moves and singing (especially when their friends were present). He seldom raised his voice, but could be heard hollering "women" when referring to his wife.

Jason is survived by his parents David Kussman of Hardy Ne, Jim and Deborah Andreasen of

Superior Ne. His wife Shannon; children Haley Kussman and boyfriend Bradye Wagner of

Mankato Ks, Brice Kussman of Hardy and girlfriend Mattie Volker, Brent Kussman of the home.

Sisters Jennifer Simpkins and husband Kevin of Superior, Justine Kussman of Jansen Ne,

Brother Josh Kussman and wife Amber of Superior. In Laws Gerald and Linda Patterson of

Grand Island Ne. Karmelle and husband Scott of Stockton California, Shane Patterson and

Lindsey of Catheys Valley California. Kelli Patterson of Hastings Ne, Nephews: Stetsen

Rempe, Jaeten, Kaesin and Kannin Ellwanger, Tyler Simpkins and Garrett Corn and his son

Hudson. Nieces: Reagan Simpkins, Gracie and Miya Kussman; Shyann, Kayla and Heely

Patterson, and a host of other family and friends.
