Christian Biography of Joan Pridemore

Joan Pridemore, the daughter of John Srack and Bessie Bolander Srack was born May 31, 1928, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018, at her residence in Superior at the age of 89 years, 7 months and 6 days. She was one of three children born to her parents.

Joan will be remembered as a gifted artist who created many things. She also loved embroidery work and the outdoors, especially visiting their cabin in Michigan along the Au Sable River. She was very proud of her whole family and took special pride in those family members in the military, past, and present. Joan never met a stranger and everyone who knew her loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Hugh Pridemore of Superior, Nebraska; children, Perry Freeman and his wife Rhonda of Superior, Nebraska; Randall Freeman and his wife Paula of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Barry Freeman and his wife Nancy of Pueblo, Colorado; step-children, Sheri Rodriguez of Newburn, North Carolina; Patti Pridemore of Dearborn, Michigan and Kathy Newsome of Dearborn, Michigan in addition to numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
