The Staff at Price Funeral Homes are following the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) recommendation which allows funerals, party's must maintain a minimum of 6' apart and consist of a household unit or individual. This would include arrangements conferences, funeral services, gravesides and all visitations. We fully understand the importance for public gatherings to honor the lives of those we care about, the CDC believes common sense and limiting numbers at public gatherings is one of the most significant resources that may slow the spread and impact of this pandemic.

Christian Biography of Julia Hyde

Julia Agnes Hyde, the daughter of William and Loretta (Weingart) Kimminau, was born on May 5, 1944 in Nelson, Nebraska. She passed away on December 19, 2020 at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital at Superior, Nebraska at the age of 76 years, 7 months, 14 days.

Julia was one of eleven children. She attended grade school at St. Stephens and was a Superior High School graduate. She was a 39-year member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.in Superior.

She married Darrel Hyde on May 31, 1969 at Mankato, Kansas. Four children were born to this union. They later divorced.

Julia was an active member of the church and also the Altar Society. She was employed as a CNA, and she also worked as a waitress throughout her lifetime. She was a hard worker with a kind heart and would help anybody in need.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Josephine Hyde; brothers Urban and David Kimminau; and her sister Patricia Flageolle.

Survivors include her children Diana Daniels of Omaha, Nebraska; Sheila Hyde of Concordia, Kansas; and Terry (Jamie) Hyde of Kalispell, Montana; 8 grandchildren: Mercedes, Lynn and Brittany Schwerman, Burgandy Hyde, Daniel and Hazel Weber, and Andrew and Emily Hyde; siblings Victor Kimminau of Glenwood Springs, Colorado; Ferdie Kimminau of Beatrice, Nebraska, Albert Kimminau of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Ralph (Lorina) Kimminau of Beloit, Kansas, Stanley Kimminau of Superior, Nebraska, Kenney (Tresa) Kimminau of Gravois Mills, Missouri and Susan Kimminau of Beloit, Kansas; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
