Christian Biography of Kendall K Schendt
Kendall Keith Schendt, the son of Eugene and Jean (Moncrief) Schendt, was born on February 26, 1987 in Superior, Nebraska. He passed away on June 15, 2020 at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital at Superior, Nebraska at the age of 33 years, 3 months, 20 days.
Kendall was baptized by Fr. Frank Machovec and confirmed by Bishop Fabian Bruskowitz. He received his formal education attending and graduating from Lawrence/Nelson High School with the class of 2005. He was engaged in farming and farm related occupations, and lived in the communities of Mt. Clare, Lawrence, Hastings and Edgar. He was a member of Pheasants Forever and the Edgar Lions Club.
In his leisure time, Kendall enjoyed riding his Harley, target shooting, attending his nieces and nephew softball and t-ball games, not missing many. He loved being around them and enjoyed time with friends.
His enthusiasm and spirit was immeasurable and his enduring attitude was infectious to everyone who knew him. He especially cherished time spent with his family and his many friends.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents Burdette and Doris Moncrief and William and Lola Schendt.
Left to treasure his memory is his parents; Eugene and Jean of Lawrence, Nebraska; his brother Travis Schendt and his wife Abby of Edgar, Nebraska; and his sister Amber Scheer and husband Marc of Elgin, Nebraska; nieces, and nephews: Olivia, Ava and Chloe Schendt and Levi and Allie Scheer; other relatives and a host of friends.
A public Graveside Memorial Service will be held at the St. Stephen's Catholic Cemetery, Lawrence, Nebraska on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 1:30 p.m with Father Corey Harrison presiding.
The Saturday 7:30 p.m. evening Mass intentions are for Kendall along with the rosary that will be recited before Mass.
Memorials to: In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for designation at a later date.
