Christian Biography of Larry L Jenkins

Larry L Jenkins, the son of Robert and Betty (Roberts) Jenkins, was born on May 10, 1946 in Logansport, Indiana. He passed away on June 10, 2017 at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital at Superior, Nebraska at the age of 71 years, and 1 month.

Larry moved to Superior in 2007. He lived with his mother Betty until the time of her death in 2010. Larry was then accepted to MNIS in August of 2010.

Larry loved his new home. He blossomed like a flower. He loved going to the workshop and meeting new people, everyone that knew him loved him, and Larry loved everyone. He will be truly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his siblings, Dana Jenkins of Rochester, New York, Shirley Follmer of Lincoln, Nebraska, Greg Jenkins of Mexico, Indiana, Sharon Hall of Delphi, Indiana and Connie Craft of Bristol, Tennessee; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Memorial services were held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 10:00 am from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home in Superior, Nebraska with Pastor Jon Albrecht officiating.

Congregational hymns were "When We All Get To Heaven," and "Victory In Jesus" with Kathy Wiest as the accompanist.

Honorary Pallbearers were his siblings, Dana Jenkins, Shirley Follmer, Greg Jenkins, Sharon Hall and Connie Craft.

Private family interment was held in Flora, Indiana.
