Christian Biography of Lola Noble

Lola Jane Bernice Noble, the daughter of Robert and Bertha Mae (Bartholomew) Myers was born on December 14, 1922. She passed away on December 30, 2015 at the Superior Good Samaritan Society in Superior, Nebraska at the age of 93 years and 16 days.

Lola was married to Marlen Noble on January 11, 1941 at Mankato, Kansas and to this union was born four girls, Marla, Joy, June and Lynda. She had a joy for baking and loved to play cards. She always had a big garden and did a lot of her own canning and in her spare time enjoyed putting puzzles together.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marlen, a daughter, Joy Caylor and three sisters, Lyda, Leola and Sylvia.

She is survived by her daughters, Marla Howe, June Frasier and husband Ron and Lynda Aksamit and husband David all of Superior, Nebraska; 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home in Superior, Nebraska with Pastor Mark Diehl officiating.

Music was recording from one of her favorite artists, Elvis Presley.


Pallbearers were Dan Howe, John Howe, Eric Frasier, Joe Berentes and Ethan Beale.


Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Superior, Nebraska.

Memorials are suggested to go to the Superior Good Samaritan Society.
