Christian Biography of Monty Alan Warren

Monty Alan Warren, the son of Rodney and Linda (Hanson) Warren, was born on June 18, 1965 in Belleville, Kansas. He passed away on March 2, 2018 at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, at the age of 52 years, 8 months, 12 days.

Monty was baptized on September 9, 1995 at Tennison Memorial United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. He attended school at Pike Valley graduating with the class of 1983, continuing his education at Cloud County Community College and earning his Bachelor of Science degree at Wichita State University.

He married Melissa Shadduck and this union was blessed with 4 children, Cody, Isabelle, Nathan and Courtney. They later divorced. He was united in marriage to Amelia Rosetta on January 3, 2015 at Galveston, Texas. Monty was a nursing home administrator in Wilson and Wichita and later moved to Houston where he pursued his career as an EMT.

During Monty's lifetime, he lived in the communities of Marysville, Russell, Mount Pleasant, Texas, Wichita, Kansas and Houston (Pearland) Texas.

Monty was preceded in death by his grandparents Eugene and Elva Hanson and Ivan and Margaret Warren; and his father Rodney Warren.

Survivors include his wife Amelia of Pearland, Texas; his mother Linda of Superior and children Cody Warren and wife Helen of Superior, Isabelle Marquart and husband Alan of Bruning, Nathan of Lincoln, and Courtney and significant other Joey of Superior; 4 grandchildren Jeri, Bailey, Trayton and Dawson and 3 step grandchildren Kya, David and Alexus and his brother Craig and wife Mary of Salina, Kansas; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
