Christian Biography of Sandra Pedersen

Sandra Pedersen, the daughter of Eugene and Beverly Secrest, was born on September 11, 1968 in Huntington Park, California. She passed away on April 19, 2023 at her home in Nelson, Nebraska at the age of 54 years, 7 months, 8 days.

She enjoyed gardening and canning pickles. She like the outdoors which included camping and fishing. Sandra worked for many years at the Good Samaritan Society in Superior and other nursing homes.

Family was very dear to Sandra, she loved spending time with them especially taco night. During her lifetime, she lived in the communities of Davenport, Hardy, Superior and Nelson.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; infant son Mathew Pedersen, her brother John and her sister Renae.

She is survived by her children Chris Franssen, Jack Franssen, Shane Pedersen, Amber Pedersen and Faith Pedersen; six grandchildren John, Cara, Jaxon, Aiyden, Jordan and Lincoln; and her siblings Rick Secrest, Tami Secrest Fisher and Teri Secrest; other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 6:00 pm from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home in Superior, Nebraska with Pastor Mike Sander officiating.

Music is "Dream On" by John Franssen.
