Christian Biography of Timothy Joe Gruszka

Timothy Joe Gruszka, the son of Joseph and Mary (Imler) Gruszka, was born on November 22, 1972 in Salina, Kansas. He passed away on January 18, 2016 at Hardy, Nebraska, at the age of 43 years, 1 month, and 27 days.

Tim attended Gladstone High School, West Covina, California and was employed with Younglove Construction.

Tim and Gail Fielder were parents of three sons Hunter, Alex and Damien. He was united in marriage with Kelly (Cullum) Gruszka.

Tim worked hard and played hard. He loved swimming, hiking in the mountains, riding dirt bikes and cooking. He enjoyed his work in construction and roofing. Tim was very protective of his loved ones. Tim was a huge Chicago Bears fan.

He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Gruszka; and his brother Galen Gruszka.

Survivors include his wife Kelly; three sons, Hunter, Alex and Damien; mother, and special friend Carl Collins; sisters, Tamara (Sean) Ray and Cynthia (Ryan) Bishop; nieces and nephews, Cory, Whitney, Bently, Aaron, Dylan and Andrew; grand-niece, Isabella; lifelong friend Marcie Mohler; and Kelly's children: Nickolas, Faith and Amber.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 2:30 pm from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home in Superior, Nebraska with Fr. Brad Zitek officiating.

Music was "Iris", "See You On The Other Side", "Drink A Beer.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Pallbearers were Cecil Imler, Kirk Imler, Ryan Bishop, Aaron Bishop, Dylan Bishop and Carl Collins. Honorary Pallbearers were Josh Edwards, Glen Imler, Jerry Imler, Roy Imler and Danny Imler.

Interment was in the White Rock Cemetery, rural Hardy, Nebraska
