Christian Biography of Vicki J. Pedersen

Vicki Jo Pedersen, the daughter of Anthony and Helen (Howell) Tyler, was born on August 2, 1956 in Superior, Nebraska. She passed away on May 27, 2025 at the Sutton Community Home at Sutton, Nebraska at the age of 68 years, 9 months, 25 days.

Vicki attended country school in Montrose then Mankato, graduating from Mankato High School. She was a 37-year member of Living Faith Fellowship in Superior.

Vicki was employed as a CNA at the Good Samaritan Society in Nelson and Superior, Mid-Nebraska and also worked at the Velvet Rose in Superior. She enjoyed hunting and fishing and going for rides in the country and to the lake, and loved seeing nature. She truly loved spending time with her grandkids and grand dogs. She will be truly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Helen, brothers John and Larry Tyler, brother-in-law Wilbur Becker and sister-in-law Lyn Tyler.

Survivors include her children Christy (Craig) Corman of Nelson, Ezra (Jio) Hess of Kearney, Nancy (Royce) Gonzales of Hastings, Kathy (Joel) Freeman of Hastings, and Michael Pedersen of Omaha; 6 grandchildren Danielle Warneking, Leslie Corman, Levi Corman, Riley Pedersen, Kanen May and Lexi Hess; her sister Betty Becker of Mankato and brother Clarence Tyler of Superior; other relatives and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be held on Friday June 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM from the Megrue-Price Funeral Home in Superior, Nebraska, with Royce Gonzales officiating.
