Vicki Joan Weber, daughter of Quentin and Shirley (Heldt) Leece, was born on July 12, 1939, in Superior, Nebraska. She passed away on July 25, 2025, at the Superior Good Samaritan Society in Superior, Nebraska, at the age of 86 years and 13 days.
Vicki attended public school in Lovewell, Kansas, and went on to study at Brown Mackie College in Salina, Kansas. A lifelong member of the Methodist Church, her faith and community were always important to her. On July 3, 1958, she was united in marriage to Richard Weber in Lovewell, Kansas.
An all-around athlete, Vicki especially loved bowling and was known for her skill and competitive spirit. She enjoyed Bingo and never missed a chance to support her children and grandchildren at school events and sporting activities, always their biggest fan from the sidelines.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Quentin and Shirley, and her brothers, Quentin Jr. and Ricky.
She is survived by her children, Michelle Tellus and husband Steve of Holdrege, Nebraska, Jeff and wife Kim of Kearney, Nebraska, Doug of Superior, Nebraska, Brian and wife Lila of Cozad, Nebraska, Kevin and wife Mindy of Omaha, Nebraska, David and wife Dove of Omaha, Nebraska and Chris and wife Bobbie of Schleswig, Iowa. 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Dick Leece of Salina, Kansas, sisters, Linda Ayers and husband Bruce of Courtland, Kansas and Janene Bagley and husband Dick of Superior, Nebraska along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends, all of whom will cherish her memory.
